About This Activity
The LCMSF Wellness Fun Run is a 5k run and 2k fun run/walk sponsored by the Lee County Medical Society Foundation. The race will be held at Lakes Regional Park on Saturday, September 16th at 8:45am. All proceeds from the race will benefit the LMCS Foundation. The Foundation has made it it’s goal to provide funding for the newly established Physician Wellness Program. This program enables Lee County Medical Society members to strengthen their lives and their practice by strengthening their mental health.

Important Information to Know:
- Race packet pickup is Friday, September 15th from 10am-6pm at The Run Shoppe, 6900 Daniels Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33912, 239-219-6621.
- Parking at Lakes Park is $1 per hour or $5 per day.
- Registration on race day is from 7:45am-8:45am.
- 5k race starts at 8:45am, 2k walk starts at 9am.
- Refreshment stations will be available.

The 5k will be chip-timed (no chip start – awards will be based on gun-time). As for awards:
Trophies to male and female in the following categories: Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters.
Custom Medals to male and female, 3 deep in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & up.
