2016 Seahawk Sprint for Music 5K

The Cape Coral High School Band will be holding the second annual Seahawk Sprint for Music in May 2016!!  Runners will be greeted and cheered on along the course by our energetic High School Musicians.  The course will wind around the neighborhoods of CCHS and end in the stadium.  All of the kids that participate in the 1 Mile Fun Run will receive an award regardless of placement! In the 5K race, Awards will be given 3 deep in each age group as well as Overall Female, Male, Masters, and Grand Masters.  Post race, runners will get to enjoy fresh fruit, breakfast items and water!

Location: Cape Coral High School – 2300 Santa Barbara Blvd. Cape Coral, FL 33991

*All Race proceeds will benefit the Cape Coral High School Band Program.

*Early Packet Pick up will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at The Run Shoppe from 2-6pm.  Located at 1407 Cape Coral Pkwy East. Cape Coral, FL

*Race will be officially timed by 3dracing Inc.

*Race Day:

• On site registration: 6:30am -7:15am.
• 5K race beginning at 7:30am
• Kids 1 Mile Fun Run beginning at 8:30am
• Awards presentation: after the last 5K finisher.

Entry Fees:

5K Run/Walk Adult – $25

5K Run/Walk Youth – $20

1Mile Kids Fun Run – $10

Awards:

• Overall Male and Female
• Top Male and Female Masters (40 and over)
• Grandmasters (50 and over)
• Senior Grandmasters (60 and over)
• Age Group awards for Male and Female 3 deep: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and over
• All 1 Mile Fun Run participants will receive a participation ribbon!
